Custom Plan Design Process
Step 1 — Design Consultation
At the initial meeting, we discuss your ideas, lifestyle, budget, priorities, property, and the features that are important to you.
Step 2 — Home Concept
After learning about you, we will prepare floor plan and exterior elevation sketches to illustrate ideas and convey the design intent for your new home. Our interior designer will also share concept ideas for the overall feel of the home.
Step 3 — Preliminary Design
From the sketches, we will move to creating preliminary floor plans that presented to you for review and changes.
Step 4 — Design Revisions
We incorporate desired changes to the plans to achieve your home goals.
Step 5 — Final Design and Construction Documents
Final house plans are created, and you are presented with the completed construction drawing package needed to move forward with your new home build.
Step 6 — Build
You are welcome to select your own builder, or we can provide recommendations to help you find the right builder for your project.
We are available to meet with you in person or through video chat to brainstorm a home design that is just right for you.
